Our unique product can be used in many applications. We use a chemically-bonded retainer to create a soft pliable ring attached to the fastener prior to inserting them into their mating parts. This process is high production capable.
The product is not affected by any engine fluids, and is harmless to engine components. It it safe for both internal and external applications.
The advantages of the DRS Tecstay retainer are- no tooling or special equipment required, no modification to current tooling needed, no change in torque or clamp load, can hold precise tolerances and position, high visibility color, high heat tolerances, lower cost than currently available retaining systems; and approved for use at automotive OEM’s.
